Welcome to HustleCashFlow, a personal side hustle finance tracking application operated by FMD Business Services LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). HustleCashFlow is built on Base44, an AI-powered no-code application platform owned by Wix. Your data is stored in Base44's cloud infrastructure. We take reasonable technical measures to protect your information, including:
• User-level data separation so you only see your own data
• Secure account authentication via email
• HTTPS encryption for data in transit
• Base44's built-in security and hosting infrastructure
Please be aware that HustleCashFlow does not store bank credentials or connect directly to financial institutions. All financial data is manually entered by the user. For this reason, do not enter sensitive financial account credentials into the App.
5. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share your information only in the following circumstances:
• With service providers (such as Base44/Wix) who assist in operating the App under confidentiality obligations
• When required by law, court order, or governmental authority

6. Data Retention

Income, expense, and mileage history is retained based on your subscription tier. Free tier users can access the last 3 months of history. Paid tier users retain unlimited history.

• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Export your data before account deletion

The tax estimates generated by the App are approximations based on user-entered data and are NOT professional tax advice. FMD Business Services LLC is not responsible for any tax liabilities, penalties, or financial losses arising from reliance on data tracked or estimates generated within the App.
9. Children's Privacy
HustleCashFlow is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at fmdbusinessservices@gmail.com and we will promptly delete such information.
10. Third-Party Services
The App is built on Base44 (owned by Wix) and may integrate with or link to other third-party services in the future including Stripe for payment processing. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party services, and we are not responsible for their privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you use in connection with the App.
